Fitness For Freedom Tips is a new type of fitness and health show. We deliver fitness tips that you can apply to your life right away in 10 minutes or less. Lets face it you’re busy and life pulls you in all directions. You want to be healthier, but living a healthier lifestyle is hard. It requires you to change and there is a lot of misinformation out there. We work hard to syphon through it to give you the most sound advice possible and set you up for the greatest chance of success. Today’s show is about the good, the bad and the ugly of fitness challenges. Fitness challenges are all the rage, usually they take some form of single exercise or circuit of exercises and you do them over a pre-determined course of time documenting your improvement and sharing it with the world. The most common example I can think of is the plank challenge that circulated a few years ago where you would plank everyday for a month and try to go from 30 seconds to 3 minutes over the course of that time.

There are many things to consider when deciding whether or not you should do a fitness challenge and today we’re going to cover all of those things.
