What many people do is they recognize that they need to take responsibility which is the needed first step. For some people that means, going out to buy a gym membership, ordering some in-home fitness equipment, hiring a personal trainer to work with them or maybe signing up for a club like Weight Watchers. For many people this is a good first step and is required, except what you’ve done is gone out and bought the tool first.
